For seasonal reasons, prices of services decreased by 1.5% in September 2012 although they increased by 1.6% year-on-year. They were also falling by 1.1% in September 2011. Furthermore, prices for mobiles services have also decreased in September.
Energy prices decreased by 0.3% in September but increased by 5.8% year-on-year (+6.9% year-on-year in August).
