In Q3 2010, global demand as export demand adressed to business leaders still considered very dynamic, although it slowed slightly. The global and export demands outlook for Q4 2010 recovers clearly, upper its long-term average.

Production capacity was more intensely used in Q3 2010: the proportion of businesses encountering production bottlenecks improves by four points, settling significantly above its long-term average.

According to the business leaders, the fall of industrial manpower attenuated markedly in Q3 2010. Looking at business leader’s expectations, the decline in employment could attenuate again noticeably in Q4 2010.
