In the fourth quarter of 2012, house prices decreased by 1.2% compared with the previous quarter; new dwellings prices fell by 0.3% while those of second-hand dwellings decreased by 1.3%.
Year on year, house prices decreased by 1.7%; the drop is higher for new dwellings than for those of second-hand dwellings: –2.1% for the first ones versus –1.7% for the second ones.
