According to the business leaders, their past activity improved but remains weak: the balance of opinion increases but remains very low.
On the other hand, the business leaders consider also that their production outlook deteriorates: the balance of opinion goes down slightly.
While export order books increased slightly, total order books deteriorated; but they remain very below their long-terme average.
The general production outlook, which represents business leaders’ opinion on French industry as a whole, deteriorated; this balance of opinion remains very low.
Stocks of finished products decreased markedly and their level is rated as very below their long-term average.
