French business climate and turning point indicators –April 2012

According to the business leaders of the main economic sectors, the French business climate is stagnating in april 2012. The indicator decreases by 1 point and reaches 95 points. It is still under its long term average (100). Business climate indicators decrease in industry (-3 points) and the building sector (-1 point). The services business climate indicator remains unchanged, whereas the retail trade indicator improves (+4 points).

At the same time, the turning point indicator improves and indicates a mid-point business climate.
