According to the business leaders of the main economic sectors, the French business climate is deteriorating in September 2011. The indicator contracted by eight points in two months, reaches now 97 and is under its long term average (100). This decline is perceptible through almost all economic sectors. Business climate indicators fell by over six to ten points in industry, services, retail trade and wholesale sectors. In building sector though, the business climate indicator remains stable and above the long term average.
At the same time, the turning point indicator fall to -1 which indicates a unfavourable tendancy relatively to the long term tendancy.
