Slight recovery of the French business climate in December 2010

French business climate and turning point indicators –December 2010

According to the business leaders of the main economic sectors, the French business climate recovers slightly in December 2010. The indicator has risen by 1 point, and reaches now 105, which is above its long term average. This favourable climate is perceptible in all economic sectors : business leaders’ answers suggest a slight improvement in all sectors, especially in industry and services sectors.

At the same time, the turning point indicator clearly remains in the favourable zone for almost one year and a half. This shows continuous signs of a coming recovery.
