According to the business leaders of the main economic sectors, the French business climate improves in September 2010. The indicator attains 102, and is beyond its long term average for the first time in more than two years. This increase hides slight differences among economic sectors : business leaders’ answers suggest an clear improvement in wholesale trade and retail trade. An improvement is also visible in industry and services, though smaller. Business leaders’answers are at last less optimistic in building industry.
At the same time, the turning point indicator clearly remains in the favourable zone for more than one year. This shows continuous signs of a coming recovery.
