According to the business leaders of the main economic sectors, the French business climate keeps on improving very slightly in November 2009. The indicator rises to 87 after 86 in October. That is 19 points above the minimum record reached in March 2009. It is still under its long-term average. Indeed, in nearly all economic sectors, business leaders’ answers do suggest a slight improvement in the French economic climate.
At the same time, the turning point indicator remains in the favourable zone for five months in a row, after a year and a half in the unfavourable zone. This movement shows continous signs of a coming recovery.
