Basic rule As the main data sources become available, the national accounts are gradually updated. Thus, the estimate of each transaction and flow is progressively finalized.

Example: for the year 2010, the provisional annual account was published mid may 2011, the semi-finalized annual account mid may 2012 and the finalized annual account mid may 2013.
