Revision of commercial leases
In accordance with Law n° 2008-776 of 4 August 2008 on the modernisation of the economy, two indices can be used to revise commercial leases: the construction cost index or, if applicable, the commercial rent index. Decree no. 2008-1139 of 4 November 2008 relating to the commercial rent index defines the activities concerned and the means of calculation and publication of this index.
