Figures and charts (in French): how to access figures on the different geographical scales, from the local to the regional level. This section guides you through the key figures (main indicators) or towards more detailed data (tables, databases...).
Regional and local studies and analysis (in French): this section gives access to Insee studies and analysis at regional level and to a list of publications related to regional and local areas.
Structure of local areas (in French): this section gives access to the administrative structure of local areas (under national and regional levels: 3^rd and 4^th levels called "department", "canton", ...). It provides users with a guide to the study zone definitions: urban units, urban areas and centres, employment areas, population zones.
Management of data collection by Insee and local authorities (in French): this section describes the local data collection activities conducted in partnership between the INSEE and local authorities: population census, local authorities survey (COLTER), registry office data, electoral roll.
