FAQ : I can't open a PDF file.

Answer

To open a PDF file, you need to install Adobe® Acrobat® Reader® on your computer. You will find the link to download it on our help page. Version 5.0 of this free software is available. The minimum requirement is version 4.0, as older versions will not always properly display PDF files containing images and charts.
