Definition

The average wage in full-time equivalent is calculated by taking into account all the jobs of the employees (including the part-time posts). Every job is taken into account in proportion to its hourly volume of work brought back to a full-time post. For example, a half-time post for 12 months for a total of 10 000-euro salary is considered like a 0,5 "year work" paid 5,000 euro. The same post for a duration of 6 months will have a weight of 0,25 paid 2,500 euro.
