Network in services

Definition

A network in services is a set of retail outlets (enterprises or establishments) linked to a network head company, which maintain lasting relationships and establish common interest.
These relationships may be legal (branches) or financial (subsidiaries) for "integrated" outlets, or contractual (franchise, grouping…) for independent outlets.

Retail outlets take different forms depending on the sector of the network: agencies (real-estate, temping…), salons (hairdressing, beauty), establishments (hotels, restaurants).
