Harvested production (agriculture)

Definition

The concept of harvested production comes from the "annual agricultural statistics" produced by the Statistics and Forecasting Department (SSP) of the Ministry of Agriculture. The yield used to calculate this production is said to be the "harvest" yield and thus excludes :

- field losses ;
- losses during transfer to the farm ;
- the unusable parts of the products ;
- by-products.
