Non-tenured personnel

Definition

The civil service employs tenured civil and military personnel, non-tenured personnel (contractual, contractors...), with particular status (hospitable practitioners, maternal assistants, public-sector workers, teachers of private schools under contract) and beneficiaries of state-aided contract.

Non-tenured personnel and other categories and statutes, are agents of the public service who are neither holders, nor beneficiaries of state-aided contract.
