Retail outlets under concession contract

Definition

These are all the retail outlets of companies which are legally independent and linked to a network head by a concession contract. Under this contract, the network head grants a number of retailers (dealerships) the right to sell one or more products. The concession contract is based on the rental of an ensign and the guarantee that the dealership has territorial exclusivity.
