Retail outlets under affiliation-commission contract

Definition

These are all the retail outlets of companies which are legally independent and linked to a network head by an affiliation-commission contract. In the framework of an affiliation-commission contract, the retailers do not own their stock (they do not choose the goods, and the retail prices are imposed). Ownership of the goods is transferred directly from the network head to the customer. The affiliate commission agent is paid on a commission basis.
