Definition

These jurisdictions are responsible for judging disputes between private persons (private individuals, private companies, associations) and persons being tried for criminal law offences.
The jurisdictions of the judicial order are competent to know disputes setting the private persons (private individuals, private companies, associations) ( civil justice) and to sanction the authors of criminal law offences (criminal justice).
