Education falling within the scope of adaptation and the schooling of the handicaped children (ASH)
Definition
Education falling within the scope of adaptation and the schooling of the handicaped children (ASH) groups staff schooled in classes of initiation, adaptation and school integration:
- Classes of initiation (CLIN): allow reception of non French-speaking children;
- Adapted-education classes (CLAD) for children who, for diverse reasons, meet difficulties at the level of the elementary education;
- Classes of school integration ( CLIS): for children presenting a physical, sensory or mental handicap.
