Qualified/unqualified jobs are described explicitly in the detailed classification of professions and socioprofessional categories (PCS) for workers. Categories of qualified/unqualified employees may be defined profession by profession (detailed PCS) from the training speciality of the people exercising these professions. Those exercised for the most part by people with a diploma in the same speciality as their profession are considered to be qualified professions. The others are unqualified professions. Other definitions have been attempted using this classification, but they are still under study.
