Ecotechnologies

Definition

The ecotechnologies include all the technologies use of which is less fatal for the environment than the recourse to usual technologies for the same needs. They have for vocation to produce goods and services to measure, prevent, limit or correct infringements on the environment (water, air, ground) and problems connected to waste, to noise and to ecosystems.
They thus represent a stake in sustainable development.
