Definition


The charges resulting from the transfer of competencies intervened between the State and the local authorities since 1984 are compensated by a transfer of resources. This one is made by transfer of taxes of State and for the balance by the payment of a budget grant, the general decentralization grant ( DGD). It is since 2004 integrated, for 95 % of its amount, into the fixed grant of every department.
