National expenditure on R&D / DNRD

Definition

National expenditure on R&D (DNRD) measures, without duplicate counting, the financial effort of national economic players regardless of the destination of the financing. The gap between the amount of domestic expenditure on R&D (DIRD) and the DNRD represents the balance of exchanges in the field of R&D between France and other countries, including international organisations.
