The Orientation Contract is a non-renewable fixed-term employment contract based on the principle of alternance between work and training, offered by companies to young people under 22 years of age with no qualifications, Salaries range from 30% to 65% of the minimum wage according to age and are exempt from employer contributions.
This contract which replaced the Professional Integration Internship (SIVP) was abolished by the Law of 4 May 2004.
