Adaptation contract

Definition

The purpose of the Adaptation Contract is to facilitate the hiring of young people between the ages of 16 and 25 who are able to take up a position quickly, according to the principle of alternance between an occupation and training. It can be a fixed-term contract (minimum 6 months) or an open-ended contract. The training must last at least 200 hours and may be dispensed in the company.
