Household economic outlook survey / Camme

Definition

Carried out by INSEE as part of the harmonised European system of business tendency surveys, this survey (known as Camme) is the statistical source which allows us to study the opinions of French households on the economic climate, their personal financial situation and their intentions in terms of savings and spending. This monthly survey has been running since 1987 and is conducted via telephone interviews with a sample of 3300 households.
