Definition

Any person receiving benefits falling under the category of the statutory minimum (RSA -ex RMI and API, AAH, ASPA -ex minimum old-age pension) is qualified as a beneficiary of the statutory minimum (depending on the benefits, we speak of RSA, etc.).
