Public development aid / APD

Definition

Public development aid (APD) is the set of donations and loans under highly favourable conditions (net of capital reimbursements) granted by public bodies to countries and territories appearing on the list of beneficiaries of the "Development Assistance Committee" (DAC) of the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development's (OECD).
