Quarterly outlook survey on the rents of the social sector
The survey aims to measure the cyclical evolution of the rents in the social sector and Integrate it into the calculation of the rents index, which itself is integrated into the consumer price index (CPI).
The survey was performed for the first time in July 2011. The index has been published since March 2013.
The first sample was interrogated from 2011 to 2016. The sample has been renewed in 2016, and has been interviewed for the period from 2016 to 2020.
Before the beginning of the data collection, interviews were achieved with the landlords from june to November 2015 to inform them on the procedure.
