Insee-Eurostat seminar on censuses after 2001

This seminar will seek to take stock of the latest innovations as regards organisation of the censuses (use of registers, continuous censuses, combination of various methods, etc.), and the collection, treatment and distribution of the data and to examine prospects for "2011".
Secondly, it will attempt to draw up a programme of Community action which could be launched to help countries in their preparation of the next round of censuses.
